I had a fantastic experience with Tiana at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and exhibited a high level of professionalism when accommodating our request for two queen beds instead of a king bed. We truly felt well taken care of during our stay. The suites were equipped with a kitchen area that included all the essential cookware, utensils (forks, knives, spoons), plates, bowls, a spacious fridge, coffeemaker, and cooktops. The attention to detail surpassed even similar-sized Airbnbs. Notably, the cleanliness was outstanding, and there was a consistent supply of fresh towels. The breakfast turned out to be a delightful surprise as well. The variety of items offered was impressive, and each dish was bursting with flavor. I'm already planning to seek out Residence Inns by Marriott for our future family travels. This experience has set a high standard for our expectations.

This is a friendly, amenity rich Marriott that is in a great location. We loved the clean pool and separate patio with gas fire pit and Viking grill. The vibe is chill with a comfortable mix of business travelers, families and pets (mostly small dogs). If you smoke you can sit outside on the patio; there is an outdoor “butt bucket” ashtray, and almost all guests know how to use it. All staff (desk, housekeeping, bar and food service) were first class.

Everything. The location was central to tons of locals eateries and a total of 8 min from Rehoboth boardwalk. Also the guest service rep Bryant was AHHHHMAZING. He was so informed and knowledgeable about the area. He gave me several great suggestions for my stay one being where to see a great sunrise! 10/10!!! I’ll do it AGAIN! Thanks AGAIN Bryant l! Your hospitality was everything. I’ll def be back again soon!

The newer modern facilities were very nice. Our room was a very nice setup but it could have been cleaner. The heated saltwater pool was great for our little one. And the location off of DE-1 was perfect for our beach getaway. I love how the hotel was not directly in the hustle and bustle of Rehoboth Beach.
